TrailerSpareParts.co.uk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
UK Shipping
Unless otherwise stated each order shipped incurs one shipping cost
UK mainland, £4.95
Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland £4.95
Shipping around Europe
Europe - Zone 1 (France, Germany, Belgium, Luxumbourg, except Islands) = £18.95
Europe - Zone 2 (Rest of Europe except Islands) = £25.95
Exceptions to this rule include palleted items which may incur additional costs.

Trailer Spare Parts Ltd., shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability or otherwise of any part/s required for the repair of any trailer. Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time, usually provided by the product's manufacturer.
Manufacturer's names are used for reference only. Use of these names does not always imply that the product/s is actually made by them.
Specialized Items
Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee on a product, this may be conditional on repairs being performed by an approved Trailer Centre. Please ensure that you have read your product's manual and warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair your trailer.
Trailer Spare Parts Ltd., can not be held responsible if the trailer/caravan or equipment is damaged or your warranty is voided.
Payment
Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo cards via PayPal. Telephone orders can also paid using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo cards. Cheques or postal orders are no longer accepted.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at current
Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we will, of course, be happy to make a refund as appropriate. Charges will appear on your bank statement as "TRAILER SPARE PARTS LTD"
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy.
Returns
Whilst we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, we offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply notify us by email/post stating the reason for returning your goods within 7 days of receipt of your order. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition (i.e. unmarked and in original packaging).
Please don't forget to include your name, address & contact details with your package, along with your customer order number given at time of ordering.
We will then ask you to return the goods to us (at your cost) so please be sure to get proof of postage from the Post Office as you will be responsible for the goods until they reach our office.
